Current status of Unnayan Garden.

Q: I have brought one plot at Unnayan Garden _ B, what is the current status of the project. How Land can be used for Residential Purpose as it is agriculture land? If anyone can provide me the answer.

The crucial point is whether Partha Ghosh Dastidar (the owner of Unnayan Garden) has enough honesty,integrity and transparency to officially publish all customers in the beginning of the year 2017 that who have already given full payment 3 to 4 years back starting from the year 2010 will get their identified and marked land in PART B fully developed and eligible for MUTATION . Any land can be registered but if not mutable, the future of the land is uncertain. Unfortunately Partha Ghosh Dastidar who has actually sold these plots of Part A and Part B without informing customers that there are legal issues which is a complete violation of Real Estate act that Government of India passed in the year 2016. With this act , there can be severe consequences and break his audacity not to talk to customer and everytime giving false promises for last 7 years.

Well Sandeep,
The project is so planned that it's having almost 25% of gross area as 50 feet, 30 feet and 20 feet wide road all around. Apart from these, almost 13% of gross area is kept for Shopping Complex, School, Playground, Lake, Park, Temple etc. and 40% of total area has been kept for construction of Bunglows with Multi-Gym, Swimming Pool, Children Park with Clubroom.

Unnayan Garden by Unnayan Group located at Rajarhat, Kolkata offers residential plots. Plot size is 3240 sq-ft. and the cost is Rs. 1250/sq-ft. It will cost to you Rs. 40.50 lacs all exclusive. Project is ready to move since July'2011. The Project Unnayan Garden is planned to have the following facilities with time:
Medical Centre, Commercial Complex, Bus Terminus, Police Phari, Swimming Pool, Drainage & Sewerage System, Supply of Water, Sports Complex, Bunglows, Row House, Institutions, etc.

What is the current status of Unnayan Garden Developer ? Are they really going to close the infrastructure development and sort out Legal isues by June,2015 ? People who have received their leeter of commitment to finish by 2015 will not spare Partha Ghosh Datidar

Dear all , I am also having a plot on B phase where i had booked in 2010 .Till now I had given 50% payment and stopped paying because of no work being carried out since last 4 years .But there is no clear picture given by the buider that what is the legal problem they are facing. Hence I want to know from other friends of mine who have booked in Unnayan garden if they have any latest news about the same .???

Hi everyone , I too have Plot in phase B . I had also visited the site a week back and saw the lake was being dug out . But dont seem to see any progress . But what I heard is that from March onwards land filling and other construction work is going to start -but dont know how far its going to be true . Really concerned with the development work and commitment made on behalf of the group.

I am sandeep das I have plot in unnayan garden phase B.Last week I went to unnayan garden project just investing development work that they told me their office. but I think they are truth I see development work may started. Already lake cutting work progress and also filling work has been started. guys telling frank now I have feel reducing my anxiety.
