Latest Answer: The crucial point is whether Partha Ghosh Dastidar (the owner of Unnayan Garden) has enough honesty,integrity and transparency to officially publish all customers in the beginning of the year 2017 that who have already given full payment 3 to 4 years back starting from the year 2010 will get their identified and marked land in PART B fully developed and eligible for MUTATION . Any land can be registered but if not mutable, the future of the land is uncertain. Unfortunately Partha Ghosh Dastidar who has actually sold these plots of Part A and Part B without informing customers that there are legal issues which is a complete violation of Real Estate act that Government of India passed in the year 2016. With this act , there can be severe consequences and break his audacity not to talk to customer and everytime giving false promises for last 7 years.
