Hi all,
The current rate of a 1BHK and 2BHK from 581 to 916 sq-ft, @ Rs. 3800/sq-ft. It will cost around 22 lacs to 34.80 lacs in Neptune Swarajya by Neptune Group.

i have booked the flat at sector 1 bldg.12 flat104. it seems the work has completed but the possession is not given for reasons best known to the developer. I have heard people file cases against the developer but something collective is to be done to bring this one down.
