now they are saying that we are cancelling the project 2C and 2D. they are offering refund the booking amount @ 12% p.a. interest with 4 PDC cheques. what should do ? they did not giving offer in writing.
Why are you delaying the things by not registering the property. Urge you to register at the earliest without any further delay since its almost more than 2 years since you have booked the flat in Neptune Swarajya. On priority basis get the property registered.
It is illlegal to occupy the property without registering the property. Push the builder and get the transaction done at the earliest. Also at the same time consult a legal advisor regarding this matter.
I dont understand the funda as to why the registration is still not being done. As you may be aware that registering a property is mandatory at the time of booking. Still its not late. Go and register the property or else there are chances that you may have to pay hefty amount as penalty, or your property may be seized by the revenue dept.
It is a serious offence by not registering the property since you have booked the flat in 2011. How can you take things for granted. Better get the registration done at the earliest. Arrange for a meeting along with the builder and get the registration done at sub-registrars office.
