Q: I booked flat in neptune swaraj in Oct 2011, but still registration is not done

Latest Answer: Hi i too have booked a flat in sector 2 I had given a DD of 45000 to the officer but the builder deposited the DD in the registrar office but did not do my registration and then i had to do again a draft of 75000 to do the registration it was the builder fault is there anyway i can get my money back of 45000.Please email me at almedia26@yahoo.com

my name is prasad sanjay borse we booked 1BHK flat in sec-2 building 9 room no9 in your projerct on 18 feb2010 that time my father's service period was of 6 years.in 2 years still our registration process pending. now my fathar's service is 4 years. so how we can get home loan i want explanation.
Q: my father is working in Central Railway. after 4 years he will retired from his service. ur projects 2 sector building no 09.construction is totally stopped from last 5-6 months because of this serious issue our family is in depression. how can i get justice
