Recently I visted Begur Woods, off Begur Road and is planning to but a plot there.

Could you please let me know the current running price in your layout and any available plots.
I am looking for a 30X40 or 30X50 to construct my own home.

I heard there is water contamination in this area, can anyone who lives in this area explain, i am considering this area for buying residential plot.

What are the plot rates in this area?
What are the documents that we should look for ?
I heard most of it is converted land ?
Will it be possible to get Loan ?
