Aratt Felicita is near DLF Westend Heights in Akshaynagar. Good project completion is by mid- end of next year.
Price is approx 4500/-
Can offer a 3bhk for resale at pre launch price.

Okay!! How much is the rate per sqft they are quoting? How big is the project and what is the total land area?

The rate per sqft for ground floor is Rs 3300 and from first floor on wards it is Rs 3500. It is a G+6 floors structures and the project is spared over 3.5 cares of land. There will be 259 units with a combination of 2 and 3 bhk apartments.

Yes the project is ready to move in. Banks like Indiabuuls, ICICI, Federal has approved the project. The price of a 2 bhk will cost you Rs 52 lakhs excluding registration and maintenance and 3 bhk will cost you Rs 60 lakhs excluding registration and maintenance.
