I want to know about Tall Buildings.

Q: What are your views about tall buildings and whether they are required or not? Some of the high towers are expected to come up in Noida too and one of them is at Wave City Cente in Sector 25 (A) and Sector 32, which will be a 100-storey iconic building.

We should go with the wind and tall buildings are in trend now. Every builder do not have the courage to build tall buildings to build such building the builder need to be financial strong.

I would like to add that not everyone is capable of successfully developing tall buildings that are sustainable. One should see how many lifestyle and good projects a developer has done. One more thing to check is the financial back up of the developer because to develop such buildings need strong finances.
