Feedback on the builder and project.

Q: How old is this building ? Did anyone faced any problem with the builder ? did he delivered everything which he promised? What is the monthly maintenance charge ?

You have to check with the builder to know the age of the building, if he is not able to give you the proper report, you can go the nearest revenue office and ask for the report as they will be having all the reports of the builder. As far as I know the builder always concentrate on the quality of construction and they are very much customer centric. The monthly maintenance depends on how many how bhk flat you own.
