Q: I am planning to buy a property in Prassidhi Apiration. Can anyone help me to find if there is any legal issues with the property though the layout is BIAPPA Approved, one of the agent mentioned that there is OS on the property, don't know how right is he on this claim?

No doubt that Prasiddhi Properties Pvt Ltd is one of the leading promoters and builders but a couple of months ago the work in that project was stopped due to some reason. Is that true? You have visited the site recently can you share your views about the project.
I did visit the site and saw the sheet metal barricade for constructing the Prasiddhi commander apartments. I couldn't see any foundation done or any work that is done for that apartment. It was sunday and couldn't find any one to check this matter.There is not even a single house in the layout which is 7years old.
Thank you very much for your feedback. I did like the property myself but I am a little extra cautious on land dealing in Bangalore. I was mentioned that there is OS No. after I visited the site. OS stands for Original suite No. and the compound wall of the project has been damaged at the entrance. If the property is clear than it is a decent place. In case you have any idea of original land owner going in for legal dispute with the developer then please do let me know.
Prasiddhi Aspirations is one of the projects of Prasiddhi Properties Pvt Ltd. Generally it is a very difficult task to tell about any legal issues. Finally I saw that the title is clear, layout plan approved by BIAPPA, the quality of the construction is also good and development charges are paid.
