Q: We have seen this BDS nagar.Water is the main problem here. Please let me know any house(Old or New) for sale at around 28 lakhs in 60x45 PLot area

In spite of water problem what is the reason that you are looking for a plot in that area.

We are looking for investment or some rental income. Since the papers are clear we are planning to purchase but at reasonable price. in case water problem is not resolved, we will have to sell .
it off.. we dont want to buy at 60 lakhs and take risk.
