Q: What is the fate of this project after the DTCP cancelling their licence? What will happen to the buyers?

DTCP canceling the license is a new information for us. Anyways thanks for the information. I think if they have canceled their license then they should provide an alternative project for the buyers and return the amount to the buyers.
