Feedback on Tejas Daffodils.

Q: Is it worthable and trustable to buy a 2bhk apartment in Tejas Daffodils near Tin factory which is under construction now. Please need help.

hi, just wanted to know if it is land and papers are legally valid......they are saying they will give papers for verification after booking only....btw as of today plastering is going on for daffodils....

hi, we are planning to book a flat in daffodils.... looks like they started project last year and as of today's situation they have completed all the slabs, electicals etc etc... currently they are midway in plastering.....
they are saying bloomingdale was done by other builder so he totally goofed it up. for daffodils landlord himself is the builder.
any suggestions if it is good idea to buy flat in daffodils ?

Syed...go for it if you can wait for next 5 yrs to complete and after that without basic amenities no proper facilities and security.What you will be expected to do is from your own money.!

As far as I know Tejas Constructions is one of the old and reputed builders in Bangalore. In real estate every builder's have pros and cons, this kind of delay is happen because of some issue like labour issue,builders financial problems etc. Delay is not new thing in real estate.

I heard that there has been delay in the project for years and even the basic amenities are not in their place. I would suggest you that before buying better you try to communicate with the other owners of the apartment.
