Legal problem in land registration.

Q: I understand that there is legal problem in the land and case is registered, is any one monitoring this, can we joinly work in facing this problem. Purvankara demanding further payment in spite of this issue, is it justified. Dear co owner please let me know how we are going to face this problem.

It was Purva Seasons but later they changes the name to Purva 270 degree. From past 3 to 4 years I am seeing the project is going on and now they are telling that the project will be completed by 2016. Please do some homework before booking

The rate per sqft going on in this project is Rs 5700 + FR + Premium Location charges + Club House + all applicable taxes & such other charges. The project is expected to get completed by August 2015.

I am looking to buy 2 BHK - Please let me know if there are any legal issues from Land owner share... I heard that there is graveyard, [ Not sure whether it is operational ].. secondly, SBI approval is Not there... Land was under BDA notification however it is mentioned as got resolved however not sure.. Why SBI cannot approve... Please help me to take inform decision..
