Planning to book a flat in Raja Aristos.

Q: Hi, I am planning to visit Raja Aristos and looking forward to book 1375(2bhk), the builder is quoting 3500 per sq.ft. Let me know if anybody who has bought had bargained for?

Price is still less than other builders in the vicinity.in nov last year they were quoting 3200

Hey Lakshmi, there are 2bhk apartments with sq.ft. 1255-1375 and 3bhk apartments with sq.ft. 1680-2400 with price ranging from Rs 45lakhs to Rs 80 lakhs. You can talk with the builder and try to negotiate.
