Did anyone bought flat in Ramky Kelambakkam?

Q: Planning to book a flat with RWD Elysium. We feel some of the documents are not making sure whether the project is ok as per approval and want to check with others. Want to contact them as soon as possible.Please help. Need your feedback about this builder.

The builder has changed the name of the project from Cennet to Elysium Why so? Can anyone explain or share their view about this?

I heard that the location is very bad and the construction quality provided by them is also not good. Is that true?
