Q: I am really interested in Rameswara Waterview. Will an investment in Rameswara Waterview help in future? Is the project a valid one and has all the legal clearances ?

I have one flat booked there and applied for LIC housing loan. But LIC did not clear the legal requirement and builder is not answering queries from LIC.

The builder is one of the reputed developers and the projects also seems to be a good one. If you are planning for an investment purpose them it is going to take some time for to get a return.
