how is the payment mode for unreleased site .. they are asking all amount at a time . they should accept installment wise payment

Yes, I guess it’s safe one because the project is approved by BIAAPA, BMRDA and NPA. Even well known banks have verified this and are providing home loans.

Thank u for the reply.As per Rashi exicutives, unreleased sites cannot be registered, agreement only can be made by paying the full amount.Pl clarify in this regard
