Nelamangala is a good option for buyers who are looking out for land parcels to construct homes but also provides a good investment opportunity.

Prices seems to be okay for me but what about the appreciation. How much appreciation I can expect?

According to sources, in the past two years, the residential plots have witnessed nearly 100 per cent appreciation in capital values :) :)

The property price has seen an upward trend in this locality due to increased demand and limited supply.

Nelamangala is an ideal location to buy residential plots. The area is seeing equal demand from home buyers and investors and the locality is well connectivity to the city centre.

What is the price going on this locality and are the plots available in this locality approved? How far is the locality from the city center?

You can get residential plots in the range of Rs 600-1600 per sq ft. These plots are available in various sizes varying from 1200-2400 sq ft. Almost all the plots available here are authorized by the NPA (Nelamangala Planning Authority) and thus buyers find it a safe option to invest in.

It is hardly 30 minutes from the city centre to reach the Yeshwantpur flyover. It takes another 10 minutes to reach Nelamangala from the flyover.
