Even though they took time to complete. The quality is good and gave good returns. Its was worth investment for me.

I totally agree with Neha.....I booked a flat in their project in Kammasandra and was a very big mistake...they gave false assurances and have taken away hard earned money from residents..

All projects Emmanuel Vista, Woods, Meadows, Cluster...all have the same issues with the builder...one Lobo and other is Babtist...they look very pious but are basically big time tricksters

This is a fraud company...which preys on NRI's and defrauds them of their hard earned money...I have faced a big mistake by buying from them in their project in electronic city. They took 5 years for a ground plus 5 project and in the end despite repeated assurances there is no progress in finishing. Sub standard material, useless employees and arrogant supervisors.

They promised excellent quality, but all material used is sub standard.
The promised completion was Oct 2012, but is not completed till today
Poor supervision and execution of project..

All their projects are in the same condition....they act very pious but are bigger frauds.. operating

Emmauel Meadows is one of the ongoing project of Emmanuel Constructions. The project comprises of 2bhk and 3bhk flats with various amenities and price ranging from Rs 29.7 lakhs to Rs 38.7 lakhs. The project is expected to get completed by 2014. This project is just 2 kms away from Electronic City, and various IT companies like Infosys, Wipro, Satyam, HCL, Biocon, and many other major industries in a close proximity.
