i had visited the site and following were my observations

Advantages

1. location is very good - its on the main road with veerasandra lake on the other side
2. Build quality - i had visited the model flat and all the accessories are comparable to the premium builders and looks really good
3. Price is at par
4. upcoming metro station at 100 meters

Disadvantages

1. carpet area is only 68% of the built up area
2. the commercial complex will overlap the road facing units upto the 7th floor

Note : construction status - 12 of 19 floors have been completed and the promised delivery date is on december 2014 which looks reasonable

Pramuk infra is a reputed medium sized builder. They have done quite a few reputed medium sized projects. Temple meadows at Bansankari is one of their hall mark project to date. Aqua heights may be their most ambitious project to date. The builder is know to be honest. They deliver on what they promise and are affordable. Aqua heights construction is as per schedule and is approved aby SBI and all other banks.

Aqua Heights is one of the ongoing project of Pramuk Infracon LLP. the project offers 2bhk and 3bhk flats with all the modern facilities like Tennis Court, Gymnasium, Indoor Games, Basket Ball Court, Community Hall etc.
