Please dont rely on this builder. Marketing people dont know how to behave with customers even builder dont know how to resolve the customer queries. Regarding the quality very poor they will not stick to do the promises they will tell us initially. Please dont buy any new projects of them

I had booked a apartment in 1st block.. First floor, so want to check for other Owners details.. When will construction be completed ?I was informed that project will be completed by this month end but in all possibilities it looks very optimistic.Also requires feedback on their service.Please respond back

    Hello, I would request anyone not to invest your hard earned money in Passion Elite. The marketing guys are very cunning Farhan and Sayeed. But once booking is done youll face problems. It is not minor problem. The construction quality is very very poor and there are cracks in all the walls. They have used very cheap quality. Dont invest here unless you want to ruin your life. Take this as sincere advise.
