Feedback on Mana projects.

Q: Hi all,
I have booked an apartment in Mana Placido by same builder.
I wanted to know if someone faced any problem in Mana Pristine?
1.How much it was delayed from the Date Of Possession given by builder?
2.Any legal problem in the project?
3.How was the construction quality?
