Q: What is the reason that in such a so-called high end premium property there is no lift access to the basement? Imagine coming out of the block in rain or bright sun and walking the other side to take a staircase to reach the basement! Any guesses? I was under the impression that lift access to basement was a given in all new developments (or even older ones). Any insights? How big a problem is this?
The plans are approved and sealed so no use speaking to the builder. That there is no lift to the basement is confirmed. Question is how big a problem is lack of lift access to the basement?
There is no use in speaking with the builder because the blueprints are authorised and sealed. It is confirmed that there is no elevator to the basement. However, if you are in greater kailash and looking spa then, visit: https://www.zyurthaispagk1.in
