Q: I need help to zero in between two properties.1.) Unitech Fresco Sector 50 , Nirvana Country. 1794 sq feet @ approx 1.45 cr. Possession expected in 6 months. Middle Floor 2.) Park View Spa Next Sector 67, 1935 sq feet @ approx 1.41 cr. Possession expected in 1.50 years. This one is a top floor.Thanks,Nikhil.

Park View Spa is an ongoing project of Bestech India Pvt Ltd. It offers 3 and 4 bhk apartments with modern amenities. Bestech Group is a well known real estate name in India.

I feel Unitech Fresco is better. The flat is available in the middle floor and it will be ready in 6 months.
