Their projects looks very reasonable and attractive at first sight. But soon you will realize the hidden reality once move ahead with your plan to own a flat. You will realize how dumb (to be precise donkey, even it has got better brain) are their crews all the way from Marketing guys, Site Engineers to lower level labors. If you want real and live opinion, contact any of their completed projects and on going project like SLS Springs Harlur. They sucks... they dont value their customers. May be builder as whole may be good. But their employees, they will turn you into *****. I can guaranty, you will end up in hospital even before you could move into your new flat. :) I mean it. Am a such victim.

I cannot tell anything about the builder but I have seen the project, it seems to be a good one with various modern facilities like children's play area, rain water harvesting, intercom facility, round-the-clock security, lifts etc.
