Q: I need feedback on NSD builders, can anyone help me? Planning to buy a home at Sonesta Meadows, Thubarahalli, Bangalore. Is it worth to buy?

The project is 3 years delayed and still not complete.
The approach road is in dispute. The builder told me that the road is starting next month 2 years back . Still you will get the same reply. (Builder cheated saying its 40ft. Now its only 8 ft)

HI Arun, I visited Sonestaa Meadows today,found that all amenities were functional.Are you a resident of Sonestaa Meadows.

1) Is STP functional
2) Is Water treatment plan functional.
3) Whats the dispute with the road,I found a narrow road and an alternative mud road via Vibgyor Scholl
4) Is the apartment connected to the Underground Drainage System.

hi anybody checked quality and specifications of his previous projects he is telling in iwoods they are giving standard fittings like jaguar,parryware for toilets, anchor modeler switches [ROMA] vitrified tiles flooring,asian emulsion paints and also they left 1.75 acres free space in the project for all amenities and play areas.i visited model flat it looks good

Guys-I have seen the project, the project is almost in a finishing stage and the construction work was delayed but the quality of work is fine and good ,the flats are almost finished and road work is almost started.sonesta cosmos is not a project of nsd builders Subash

Guys - This builder keep telling same story even to book all flats from past 2 years that road will start in 5-6 months and worst part is road not yet started even one wall is standing now on the road to narrow down 8 ft from promised 40 ft.

Construction is also delayed for 1 year on sonnesta meadows without proper reason.

Pleae Provide more info about the Builder. NSD Buiders of Sonestaa Meadows and Silver Oak. Will they Get Coomencement Certificate and Occupancy Certificate Really as promised. They say a 40 feet Road is proposed and work would start in 5-6 months. Is it True..?

Sonestaa Meadows is an affordable and low on a middle class's budget. Sonesta Meadows is an eco friendly project near outer ring road and all the apartments are designed according to Vaastu.

Seems to be a new builder. I would like to suggest you that cross check twice before buying and get more clarity on the builder by checking with the banks who are funding the project.
