Q: How good are the EWS houses priced which was recently launched in Bangalore?

They are providing a housing for more than 30,000 Economically Weaker Section families but now where the houses priced is affordable for the EWS population.

This is due to high cost of steel and construction materials. Recently the houses inaugurated is priced Rs 1,200 per sqft.
