Q: I am looking for a 2 BHK apartment for sale in facing east or north in Prestige Kensington Garden . My maximum budget is 55 Lakhs INR. Please let me know if flats are available. Brokers please excuse - Vikram.

@markiv: Hi Vikram, if you click on the "click here" link given above you will find the listing. In the listing you have 'send message' option for every flat right? Just click on Send Message and a small pop-up window will come then you type your details and submit. The message will reach the owners and they will contact you.

Markiv, as far as I know it is worth investing in a Prestige group's project. And I think you can talk to the seller and try to negotiate the pricing....

Hi Mark, there are east-facing and North-facing flats for sale in this project. But the price starts with 61 Lakhs as Sabhajit has mentioned. But you can try negotiating with the owners.
