I saw the price of 24.76 lacs on abodesindia.com posted by parshwanath people only. Well any one think that price is worth buying ? Any of you brought property in parshwanath atlantis park ? I fear that property construction material is under quality and possibly no specific works like anti termite treatment, waterproofing, precast tiling/asphalt road, etc

Dear Friends, If you are planning to invest money or going to stay over there with your family, I am sure that you will waste your money. This is my first ever home bought through my hard earned income and after taking the possession, I believe that I was cheated by the company. They have diluted the Parshwanath Brand. The total cost of acquiring the property was Rs.2950000 and what I got? "Babaji ka thullu". I believe that if I have spend this much amount in areas like Ranip?Vadaj, I may have got better things. There are variations in what is mentioned on the site as well as what is mentioned in brochure. Walls are leaking and many issues. They are cheating the customers by showing sample house. DON't BUY and I am frustrated at the level that I am going to file a case in consumer court within a month.
Advice to those who wanna get home loan and buy under construction property. Beware that you have to cough up preEMI amount as interest until project is finished ( and bank pay your loan amount to builder ). In easy words " the far completion date, the more you have to cough up as "preEMI interest" at high interest rates ( 11% ).
Sushant, i agree with you about investment heaven cities you have mentioned. My preference is residence and not investment. I have booked new flat in new ranip ( after GST Crossing, New railway crossing bridge is coming at GST Crossing ). I felt that area is better residential than sugad village area. Price at new ranip is around 22500/sq yard. Which is not bad compared to parswanath's non negotiable price of 21000. For investment i hold 1 flat in gandhinagar which will take 2 years for completion.
Hi Vishal, I booked one unit in 2010 @15,500/- per sq yard in PETALS. But they r delaying the project like hell.... Pls check properly before investing in this project considering what u said as they r using sub standard materials.
Besides, I don't think Ahmedabad is the right place to INVEST as hardly the property price grows. Its better to explore and invest places like Delhi NCR or Bangalore where it fetches good return.....
Hi, I have not booked yet. I am thinking to buy in parshwanath atlantis park only after i visit project myself. I am not in india and my in laws saw that property. Can any of you let me know negotiated final price. I talked to mr Ashok Patel in their head office and he insisted on 21000 per sq yard. That reflects 2 lacs above price posted by parshwanath on abodesindia.com. I am civil engg and from my past flat buying experience i can be sure that construction extra features like waterproofing, anti-termite treatment, quality drainage system, etc can increase life of property by > 5 years.
