Any info on Saroj Group?

Q: Can anyone share any feedback regarding Saroj Group? Was interested in their projects and wanted to know their track record, quality of projects completed.

Saroj builder use poor quality materials for the building ..from the day one they have crack in roof and wall...also the wall is of uneven shape...poor quality tiles ..looks like building will not stand for 2 years..water seepage bad water logging is problem in apartment..doesn't care for finishing of small things...from the day one every wall and roof have major cracks..doesn't care of recovering it even after complaining..once u pay ur whole money ..and handover the flat they will not listen any problem neither come to you for any solution..while buying they will mention we use good quality material ..and will mention Grohe taps we use in bathroom fittings..but except Grohe taps..all other thing are bad quality..low quality rods cement..tiles etc...whole flat hav big cracks..which they hav filled with plaster of Paris ..to cover for few days..once sold they don't care..be aware of this builder

Please dont buy in saroj group , committed some thing they will do some thing

1,Saroj symphony Committed possession on Nov 2014 but still now no possession , Project will end on 2016 not sure.
2, Once you paid the advance amount, they ask to put signature like no modification and from their builder side alteration and modification allowed .that means whatever shown in the model flat will not get you :)
3,Civil work is pathetic, wall are not proper aligned.
4, All walls are cracked,
5, Windows wall all are zick zack Please check it directly

i would suggest not to buy from this builder . please visit saroj cosmos apartment behind adarsh villas back gate near gear international school before buying .

I am a owner of an apartment built by Saroj Group, Marathahalli.
Please be aware of buying flats from this builder. Though the builder appears to be promising and the apartments apparently looks good, spacious and in nice locations but in reality the quality is very poor and as a owner I doubt if; the building can stand still after 10-15 years.
Major issues like cracks on walls, seepage, poor finishing, many plumbing issues, poor borewell conditions, hefty additional charges, poor maintenance and post sale services.
At the end, you would curse (like me) your fate and think why did you buy this flat in the first place. So, my humble request to all buyers is to stay away from this builder.

I have been house hunting for many months now but have not heard any bad news or reviews on this builder yet, Those who claim the builder to be bad can we atleast know what or who is the source here so that we can also get to know the facts.
