Hi Nagendra. I am planning to buy a land owner share flat now in Mahaveer Lakes. The sales guy told me that the Cauvery water supply is there for the apartment. Is it true? Thanks Anu and Chidanand. I have booked their property at Mahaveer Lakes and first half of the project is getting completed by Sept-Oct 2012.. well.. the work is going with that pace and we hope so..

Yes. I could talk to the builder regarding the swimming pool. In this project, adult pool would be of 40 feet length. Construction quality of project is good and pleasant and the engineering team at the project (Rajkumar and Omkar) are friendly, guiding and cooperating. What more required? we are just waiting to occupy the flat!!!

As far as I know there are no complaints about Mahaveer group. Have any of you booked flat in that project?
