Q: Why the real estate transaction for commercial properties are low in the first three months?

Yes Pavithra.. Bangalore recorded total transaction of 3.6 million sq ft area while Mumbai has recorded 1.2 million sq ft transaction in the first three months.

Although in other cities it was low, Bangalore and Mumbai noticed high demand. Bangalore was the highest.
