Q: Does anyone have any inputs on the developers - ABHYUDHAYA? They have a 3 acre plot being developed near Bodhigere cross (Bangalore-Kolar route) called ABHYUDHAYA RESIDENCY. I need further inputs on this developer and this property.

this developer is big cheat, he threat you with goons once you give him money. impossible to get money back from them. careful with rajjana he is bad guy

Beware Buyers

Ask Abhyudaya Developers regarding court case number. They have given the court case details of Photo copy to my colleague. In the advertisement they told all the papers are available.
My colleague gone to Abhyudaya Developers . If we ask papers they told like we applied for DC conversion and also told all the papers will give after paid the booking amount.Something fishy please beware
