Q: I am planning to buy a MIG flat in SP Shukobhrishti on sale. The price quoted is approximately 22-24 Lacs. Is it worth investing so much money considering that the carpet area is only 480 sq ft? Will it have all the facilities as promised by the builder? Is it worth investing in this project? Will I get any profit if I sell this flat after 3-5 years?
The carpet area is 480 so the plinth area(over which all private builders usually sell apartments) comes to approx 600 sq ft. The ongoing rates at New town are 4000-6000/sq ft. so that comes to 24 Lacs Minimum. Note AA-3 in New town still undr development so lot of scope for appreciation. You can expect the price to shoot around 30 Lacs in about 2 yrs from now.
i have 2BHK appartment (480 sq ft carpet area) in 2nd floor, without car/scooter parking. the flat is to be registered in after Durga pooja. the builder is very reputed and qulality of construction is Good.
Shapoorji Pallonji and Co Ltd is a famous real estate company which has grown rapidly. It is one of the oldest Indian construction company. The first Indian company to construct two, sixty-storey residential towers in the heart of Mumbai.
The real estate market is booming in Rajarhat, but I feel that 2bhk flat with 480 sqft is very small and I do not think it is worth buying such a small apartment.
