Planning to buy a 3 BHK.

Q: I am planning to buy a 3 BHK flat in Brunton, Raja Aristos. What is the best deal. Please offer your suggestions.

The project seems to be a good one, it is located at Bannerghatta Road near Meenakshi Temple. Apollo Hospital and Fortis are the nearest hospital in the locality. The realty market is also booming in Bannerghatta Road. I think a 3bhk will cost around Rs 78 lakhs excluding registration.

Raja Aristos is an ongoing project of Raja Housing Ltd. It offers 2 bhk and 3 bhk apartments in an area ranging between 1255 sq ft to 2400 sq ft.
