What is the future of real estate in electronic city?
Q: Electronic city since 2007 has seen a couple of Projects by various Real estate Builders within a stretch of 0.5 Km there are atleast 6000 apartments like 1500 apartments in Concorde manhattans, 1000 apartments in Ittina Mahavir, 1200 lats in Ajmera, some 800 lats in Genesis ecosphere , 750 in celebrity housing, apart from this there are lot many Apartments complex nearby which houses any where between 16 to 60 apartments Apart from this within the strech next to Ajmera, Goel ganga is coming with its Ganga vertica and Concorde group coming up with is Cupertiono Project Do you think the real estate value will go down, or The Rental value will Drop?? what is your opinion in this Also is Government can Fulfill the need of Electricity and water to this Residential hub?? Will the BBMP declare this as a Separate electrol ward or this Stretch ?? Share your opinion on this

Latest Answer: Electronic city is the major industrial technology hub in Banglore, there is no wonder that the land values and rental value are increasing like a wild fire. Unless and until there is a fall in technology the scenario wouldn’t change.
