Q: Have anyone bought a flat in Rajatha Greens? What's the feedback about land acquisition, location, construction quality, bank loan and cost of the property?

Suggest not buying apartments in this project. The construction is a mess and the land owner acts like a gunda. Even after selling the apartments he thinks he owns them and creates nuisances for the purchasers.

I agree with Rajesh, the location is having many advantages like the project is near to airport, it is close to the Hebbal flyover, reputed educational institutions like Kensri, Vidyaniketan, Royal Concorde International School are there. In a close proximity there are hospitals like Columbia Asia and Cauvery Medical Centre.

Rajatha Greens is situated on the Nagawara 80 feet Main Road, close to the scenic beauty of Nagawara Lake and Lumbini Gardens. It is at a walking distance from the Manyata Tech Park and the up coming express highway leading to the Bengaluru International Airport.

Have someone booked a flat in this project? I heard that the possession is expected 2014 onwards only.

Hi, I am also interested in this project. As far as I know the project is near to Airport so the location is worth investing.

Ter is som court case on this property.. be aware.. dont get duped investing money.. share ur phone nos i got court copy n i lost 10 lak givin advance.. builders n land lords r cheatin public.. broker told me all tis.. ter is no legal document provided by sellers.. be careful.. don buy..
