Advise good legal representative in Bangalore.

Q: Hi All,
Please can you advise good legal representative in bangalore (lawyer) i have booked a flat with Skyline consutructions. Property name is Skyline champage hills, in 2006 and till date they have not handed over the property. Whenever i ask the status of handover they everytime tell that next month, next month, but not getting proper updates. I have suffered mentally and financial because of booking this property. I have paid close to 70% of the agreed amount of 40 lakhs.

Good luck. Skyline did this to me many years back (in the late 1990s) on their Langford Road project. I booked a flat at 600/sft and they said the project was scrapped. After cancelling allotments, they started the project and started selling for 1,000/sft.
