Planning to book a flat in Sapthagiri Splendor

Dear Sir,
I am planning to Book an Apartment at Sapthagiri Splendor by Sapthagiri Developers. Since thhe Group is a Family owned Business, would like to know more about the background and credibility of the Developers. Would it be advisable? Rajeev Dutta, TATA Coffee Limited.

I am also planning to book an apartment, but not able to enquire about the builder. Can any one suggest about the builder reputation? Also, about his previous ventures etc.
