Adithya Construction is one of the worst and unpromising builder we ever met, please do not go with any of this project specially new ones as he do not keep his words at all, all fake promises, fake pamphlets, never complete the project to 100%, no handover process. to know more he is the same builder who changed his name to Trifecta now to get rid from all his past unaccomplished projects.

Adithya Sollievo is an ongoing apartment project of Adithya Constructions. The project comprises of 2bhk and 3bhk apartments with good amenities like gymnasium, children's play area. jogging track, multi-purpose hall, mini departmental store and many more.

As far as I know Adithya Constructions is one of the well known and trust-worthy builder in Bangalore. They have completed projects like Adiyhya Greens and Adithya Spring.

All this builder projects are incomplete I'm the sufferer in one of these projects, new buyers please do not get trapped in their fake promises they are all time big lairs.
