Investment Advice.

Q: I am interested in buying a flat in DSR Rainbow at HSR layout, have visited the site and they are saying the possession will be given in Oct 2012 or so. Is this a good and safe property to invest? Need opinion.. thanks

DSR Rainbow Heights is located in the HSR Layout. This area is the fastest developing area of Bangalore, with lots of commercial establishments coming here and adding every month many new amenities mainly shopping centres, schools, hospitals & banks. The best thing about HSR Layout is its broad roads beside broad road & vastly spread layout area. There are a number of parks & serene neighborhood.

As per its connectivity is concern it has 5 kms away from Airport , Railway station is 15 kms away, City center is mere 1 km away from the project site. It is situated exactly near NIFT College. It is very close to ECO space (6 km), Wipro Sarjapur office (7 km) and Electronics City (10 km). Transport facility is also good in this locality. School, bank, ATM and hospital are available nearby the locality

Chintu, I have bought a 3BHK in DSR Rainbow Heights. This is the best project in HSR Layout as it is almost complete, large in campus, high-rise and all amenities, and big entry road. DSR has given excellent finishing to the flats in terms of tiles, paints, and solid structure. Also, they have kept many open areas as breathing space. . regards.
