Q: I am interested in buying a flat in DSR Rainbow at HSR layout, have visited the site and they are saying the possession will be given in Oct 2012 or so. Is this a good and safe property to invest? Need opinion.. thanks

Chintu, I have bought a 3BHK in DSR Rainbow Heights. This is the best project in HSR Layout as it is almost complete, large in campus, high-rise and all amenities, and big entry road. DSR has given excellent finishing to the flats in terms of tiles, paints, and solid structure. Also, they have kept many open areas as breathing space. . regards.
