What are the charges for buying a property in Bangalore?

Q: Dear Sir,If I have to buy a property in B'lore as resale, then apart from Registration Fees, what other charges are applicable on the Registration fees. kindly clarify.Regards. For example if i am buying a property ie a flat from the owner @ Rs.25 lakhs then what are the charges I have to incur to take full possession of the flat.

Hi Dipak, Apart from registration fees, you have to pay broker charges, maintenance charges if any and you have to check thoroughly whether the owner have paid property tax and everything before buying a resale flat.
