Need advice.

Q: Hi, In vivarta magan, they say that there are no overhead tanks and instead they use pressure pumps to pump water to the taps directly from the ground floor storage. How good/bad is that? I am hearing this concept for the first time. Any views?

These are pnumatic pressure pumps and pumps water from the ground storage. The pressure will be good and maintained all the times even at top most floors unlike gravity pressure which is from the overhead tanks where the pressure will be less in the top floors than the ground floor apartments

I do not know how good or bad it will be even I am also hearing the concept for the first time. But I think overhead tanks should be there in all the apartments.
