1) Dreamz Sadan In Kundanhali was 1st Advertised in 2012.

2) Even today 2015 the same is under construction. So expect delays

3) For some projects they say plans are under approval however construction has begun. Isnt that illegal?

Hello,

I want someone to help about clear facts of Dreamz Infra as I have booked 2 BHK flat on Sarjapur Road and paid Rs.4 lacs booking amount. As from above review their MD is gents but it is lady who is heading this Dreamz Infra and her name is Deeksha Choudhary, so is it genuine builder? as their silk board project is not completed and going on still with 4 years time.

Dreams group, TGS , Griha Kalyan are not really builders. They are basically frauds.

we came to know from one of my colleague that, documents are fabricated. so better check with legal adviser before you sign an agreement.
