Q: Hi, Can someone please tell me when is the expected date of possession of DLF apartments.

Spoke to the Customer Support 1 week back and got an update that the apartments will be ready only Mar 2013. That seems to be a more realistic timeline.

The Project seems to be a good one, it is approved by BDA, BESCOM, BWSSB, and is located in Bannerghatta Road. The price of the flats ranges from Rs 53.2lakhs to 85lakhs.

As far as I know the project is expected to get completed by the end of this year.
