DLF Westend heights, need to know, if there are anyone who has taken flats in this project.

Q: I am truly upset with DLF. Because, they keep promising delivery of flats. Its more than 2yrs and 9 months. Still the flats are not ready. This is for the DLF - Westend Heights, New Town in bannarghatta road.

I went to visit my fat today....So called customer service (DLF's service) treatment was not acceptable. In spite of defaulting, THEY FELL THAT THEY ARE RUNNING SOME SERVICE TO US.

I have read somewhere that the project has got delay by more than 5 yrs and the builder is not giving nay specific reason for the delay.

Yes, I have taken flat in DLF. Because of several negative news, I have visited the site and my flat last week. As per DLF the A-Block OC approvals are awaited, the allocation is expected by Jun-2015. B-block internal finish, electrical, and carpentry work are in progress which will take 2-3 months time to file the OC. As per DLF the B-block OC should be ready by Nov-2015 only. The general areas, parking, roads, etc are ready they look good also. No need to worry too much except that DLF comeot with surpraise payment slaps on the customer

Request one of the user group to connect with me. I am from Mumbai. Hence, would like to know more about the situation. my email id is ram.sambasivan@gmail.com. The builder is stating that, everything for the "A" block is done. They are just awaiting for OC. They also sent a half cooked layout of the Club House. I had asked for showing the swimming pool as part of the club house. Till now, no response. Have tried to call Shikha Sharma. She is avoiding my calls.

Yes, when I sent a long reply mail back to Shika Sharma, all that I got back as a reply from their CSD desk is just a one-liner that the OC would be available by Jun (for A block). Looks like they are also charging additional amounts referring to some clauses in the ABA document and that they have increased the final SBA by about an additional 50-55 SFT

Dear Bhaskaran, Since august 2012, they have been giving all kinds of excuses. As per the contractual agreement, we were supposed to get the delivery of flat by august 2012. Since, then, we keep getting ONLY excuses..some one had accident, so the delay, some other issues. Last I went, which was last month, we are awaiting OC from Bengaluru govt. authorities...etc. The delay is more than 2years and 9 months. I don't agree that, they are "reputed Builder". The team at this site in incapable. Worst communication group.

2 years and 9 months is a long time. I feel all the buyers who have booked an apartment in this project should approach the builder and ask a valid reason for the delay in the possession.
