Looking for Good house at good locality

Q: Hi, I would like to buy one good house(new/resale appartment) in Bangalore.But cost of all the projects are sky rocketing. My budget is 30-35 lakhs. Can anyone suggest me some appartment to purchase where children's play ground,some good schools are around my house and its good residential area. It should not be like Marthahalli.
