Yes I have a ground floor.There is no communication from vatika and no money demand for more than a year.

Hello Bharati, Have you booked a flat in the project? What is the reason that the project is under construction since October-2009.

It is under construction since October-2009. How much time does it take to complete a project with minimum basic amenities? No lift no power-backup and only two story structure. I suspect daal mein kala.
