I am looking for 2BHK in Vatika The Seven Lamp, Gurgaon. I want to know about its approval and which all banks are offering loan for this project? Is there any 2BHK available in resale?

Hi Mukesh,
Vatika The Seven Lamps is a HUDA approved project and all the required approvals are in place and ICICI and HDFC have approved it for housing loan.

Yes, there are still few 2BHK flats are available from builder as well as in resale.

Hi Karthik!!!
I have visited the builders office and they have provided me price list of this project. A 1BHK flat price will be Rs. 66.43 Lakh onward, for 2BHK it will be Rs. 94.75 Lakh to 1.04 crore, for 3BHK, it will be Rs. 1.37 crore to Rs. 1.57 crore, for 4BHK, around Rs. 1.76 crore and for 5BHK, you will have to Pay Rs. 3.33 crore onward. Stamp Duty and Registration Charges extra. Apart from that there are many more charges which you have to pay such as EDC/IDC Charges, maintenance charges, generator charges, club membership charges, car parking charges, PLC charges (if any), power back up charges etc.

Booking amount will be Rs. 5% of BSP

Sector-82 is located in Gurgaon and is 57 kms southwest of Delhi. Bahadurgarh, Sohna and Faridabad are few of the adjoining areas of Sec-82. The locality is witnessing constant increase in the demand for residential properties since the Delhi- Expressway became operational and also due to metro rail connectivity. It is is well-connected via roads and railways. Haryana Roadways provides bus connectivity to different cities in Haryana, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and Chandigarh. NH-8 is a major highway stretching from Delhi to Mumbai. The closest metro station to the area is Huda City center, at 22 kilometres via the Delhi- Expressway. The Indira Gandhi International Airport is located 32 kilometres from sector 82 (via Delhi- Expressway).

The average property price in the locality is Rs. 6750/sq-ft. minimum is Rs.6455/sq-ft. and maximum is Rs. 7325/sq-ft.
